I had to evolve my business in order to keep it alive.Sue Bryce

In this episode of reDefine, we caught up with the very talented Sue Bryce, Australia’s Portrait Photographer of the Year. We had a chance to sit down, while we were both in Atlanta, to discuss the process behind why her clients look and feel so gorgeous. And, listen in as Sue shares how she took her business from nothing, to $20,000 a week, because the last thing your business model should be is an afterthought.

In this episode, Sue Bryce has a lot of advice to offer. Here are three life lessons she has learned:

    • Decide what it is you want to shoot and find a way to only shoot that. Only show work that you want to do, in order to attract more of that work.
    • Write a business plan.
    • Write a marketing plan.

Once you free your mind, you can pretty much do anything you like.Sue Bryce
